Thank you for choosing the Jersey City Bicycle Company for your bicycle service needs. As a small shop with limited space, we have established the following pick-up policy to ensure efficient operation and storage management:

Service Completion Notification: Upon the completion of your bicycle service, you will be promptly notified via your preferred method of contact (phone, email, or text message).

7 DAY - Pick-Up Window: Customers are required to pick up their bicycle within 7 days of receiving the service completion notification.

Storage Fee: If the bicycle is not picked up within the 7 day window, a storage fee of $25 will be charged. This fee will recur every week until the bicycle is picked up or deemed abandoned.

Abandonment: If the bicycle remains unclaimed for a period of 30 days from the initial service completion notification, the customer forfeits their ownership of the bicycle. At this point, the bicycle will become the property of the Jersey City Bicycle Company.

Forfeited Bicycles: Bicycles that become the property of the Jersey City Bicycle Company may be sold, donated, or otherwise disposed of at the company's discretion.
